Das Quickserver M-Bus Gateway fragt als Master die Daten von M-Bus Geräten ab und überträgt sie in BACnet, ModBus oder andere Netzwerke. Im Slave Mode können aber auch Daten in die andere Richtung, also von BACnet, ModBus usw. ins M-Bus Netzwerk übermittelt werden. In diesem Mode wird Auto-Baud, also die automatische Anpassung der Baudrate an die vom Master geforderte Geschwindigkeit, unterstützt.
