LNS Device Credits

LonMaker 3.1, LonMaker 3.2 (3.3, 3.4) Turbo and LNS Turbo Edition Server require LNS credits to commission LON devices. Credits are not required to commission devices based on the FT 5000 Smart Transceiver or the Neuron 5000 Processor.
