Protocol Driver Notifier NCA

The Notifier NCA allow the Multi-Protocol Gateway to receive data from NCA panels over RS-232 using Notifier NCA protocol. The Multi-Protocol Gateway acts as a Passive Client receiving messages and recording the status of a Honeywell Notifier NCA Panel.
